I did everything right, or so I thought.
I worked out five days a week, alternating between cardio and strength. I ate clean: high-protein, low-carb meals, no sugar, no shortcuts. My fitness tracker was always on, my meal prep game was strong, and on paper, I was doing all the right things. If health were a checklist, mine was complete.
But still, something felt off.
I kept falling sick, with mysterious body aches, bloating, low immunity, and a fatigue that even eight hours of sleep couldn’t fix. It felt like I was stuck in a loop—doing everything I was supposed to do, but seeing none of the results.
